How to permanently delete your Kalkaal Hospital account and data, whether you use the mobile app or this website.
What happens when you delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes the following from Kalkaal Hospital:
•Your profile and personal information
•All appointment history
•Family members added to your account
Your account is deleted after a 30-day grace period. During this time you can keep using your account, and you can cancel the deletion request at any point before the scheduled date.
Option 1: Delete from the mobile app
1Open the Kalkaal Hospital app and log in.
2Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
3Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
4In the side menu, scroll to the Account section.
5Tap Delete Account (shown in red), then confirm twice.
